Cease fire violated in Spain?

CNN is reporting right now that a car bomb has hit a Madrid airport. A warning was given to police beforehand, and there were no casualties and minimal injuries. See-Dubya (who seems to have taken over for Allahpundit as full-time blogger) over at Hot Air theorizes that the warning was given by the bombers and that it was the work of Basque seperatist groups:

Let’s see: they called ahead, there was only one bomb and not a series, and no one appears to have been killed. That does not sound like Al-Qaeda to me, or even a Mukhabarat retaliation for Saddam.

It sounds like an ETA-Basque separatist attack. But that’s impossible; they have a ceasefire on. You know, just like in Palestine.

UPDATE: Some specifics have come up. The Spanish government has confirmed that the bombing was perpetrated by Basque seperatists.
