McCain announced in an interview set to be broadcast on tonight's Late Show with David Letterman.
Hot Air has the video. Notice Letterman's reaction after McCain says he's going to run, he just says, "Oh. Good for you."
I guess that means that Giuliani, Romney and McCain are officially in it. Boy, what a great bunch of choices we've got. Makes me almost think about voting Democrat.
